looks like it's gone... there's no option for requesting the sample... however, if follow the samples link, you can request Emergen-C vitamin C and Crest toothpaste samples.

I got my sample....if you click on the little throbbing hexagon it will give you the get a free sample option;)

i just got a free sample, you just have to click on the hexagons. One will say ~Free Sample~
