Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday, with 24-hour giveaways just for you!

Get ready to cozy up with your littles for a night of stories with Matthew Van Fleet’s interactive books!  Van Fleet’s innovative books have been introducing children to basic concepts for almost twenty years. His unique formats invite toddlers to touch, press, pull, lift, and even sniff as they explore colors, shapes, numbers, letters, opposites, and more. His books include the #1 New York Times bestsellers Tails and Dog as well as the New York Times bestsellers Cat, Heads, and Alphabet. His books have sold more than three million copies. He lives with his family in New York state.

About Munch!

Four clever pull tabs and seven tickleable textures put toddlers nose to nose with captivating critters as they demonstrate all different kinds of mouths and the amazing things they can do. Along the way, sounds, colors, and actions are introduced in a fun and interactive way. Matt Van Fleet's books are sturdy and substantial and can be enjoyed by the entire family!

I read to my daughter every day, especially every night at bedtime. She knows the routine: 2 books before bed. I let her choose which 2 books if she wants, if not then I choose the 2 books. When I read to her, I describe what's happening in the pictures and point out details. I make sure to use a variety of voices - one for each character. We also go to the library often to pick out books.

My grandchildren would love this! Their mom, as well as the rest of the family, give the kiddos books at almost every holiday to grow their collection and appreciate different styles of writing.

I encourage them by actively seeking out reading and learning new things myself, so I lead by example. I also take them to the library often to get books, and purchase books for the kids on their birthdays and other holidays. Thanks.

My daughter never seemed interested in books but we kept reading them each night. Now at 2 1/2 she's "reading" them to us. It's so fun to watch and listen
