Join me every week for Win-It Wednesday. I’ll be posting 24-hour giveaways at 8 a.m., 2 p.m. and 7 p.m. ET to give you plenty of chances to win!
If you’re in the market for a new high chair, the Joovy Nook should definitely be an option you look into. This thing is fantastic! My only regret is not finding it sooner so that I could have used it with more of my kids.
Some of my favorite features:
- Folds up ultra compact — this is so important when you have a lot of baby gear and not a lot of room!
- Five-point harness — my oldest boy was quite the Houdini, and I’m sure this feature would have kept him put. As it is, it keeps my two-year-old securely in place, and the padded straps look quite comfortable.
- Swing-open tray — juggling a baby and a plate of food, all while trying to keep the dog from snatching a taste, is tough. The swing-open tray makes it easy to open with one hand, leaving your other hand free for wrangling!
- Easy to clean — the leatherette version wipes clean easily, and the bright, cheery fabric covers can be tossed right in the washing machine!
Best of all the Joovy Nook just looks cool! I’m a sucker for contemporary design, and this is eye-catching, yet sturdy. Choose from black or white leatherette or orange or green fabric.

The main feature that I look for in a highchair is safety which to me means a Five point harness and I look to see if the highchair is sturdy and not easily tipped over.

I love how it looks so modern. Has an open swing tray so it could be cleaned easily. The 5 point harness so you don’t have to worry about your kids safety. Removable, wipeable, black or white leatherette or removable washable orange or green fabric seat is awesome you can wash it and keep it looking nice. The Compact Folding is another great Idea it does not need to take up a lot of space unless you are using it. You can take the plastic part of the feeding tray off and that is dish washer safe. All and all looks like a great chair hope I can have a chance to use it.

Safety and ease of use are most important to me in a high chair.

I suscribe to the e-mail and I have joined the Deal Seeking Mom community on Facebook. I really like the fact that this highchair has a Easy to Clean feature. That’s the most important. I love the fact you can toss the pad right in the washing machine!!
Sue
Of course safety is first in a high chair. However I also look for ease of cleaning (not too many nooks or crannies) and since it is going to be part of my room I want it to look decent as well. This one looks nice.

We’re in the market for a new high chair, as my little one has learned to rock the entire dining chair with the booster on it. We have little to no room in our kitchen so a compact fold is super important to us!
