Are these coupons printable some where or do they only come in the insert?

Are most of the coupons listed regional coupons? Because most of them listed were not in my sunday paper insert.

Most of the inserts vary with the coupons. I cannot remember off hand where I saw it, but I have seen that Smart Source and Red Plum put out 2 different inserts depending on where in the US you are located. I know that here in WV where I live, our local paper only carries the Smart Source while the Charleston paper (over an hour and a half away) will carry both.

I have found that coupon amounts vary also. Where here we may get a coupon for 50c off, out on the west coast, they may have the same item, but receive a 75c coupon or even $1. Also, you may want to look into their websites. You can get coupons on there that aren't in your paper. HTH.
