It says I can't register at Sam's Club without a membership card. How do I get the sample without a membership?
Kelsey, it sounds like you're clicking on the wrong link. Click on the button that says "Discover Softness" at the bottom of the page.
I just got mine and left my membership # blank, we only have a Walmart in our area...Thanks DSM

It's not working for me either. I tried going to the HIF website and the suggestion there was to copy and paste the link. That didn't work either. :(
it isnt working for me.. takes me to the site... but not to a form to fill out.. nor is there a link for a free sample.. i signed up for their newsletter thinking that my re direct me to the form.. NOT.
I get the downy page, but nowhere to click for a free sample - I registered, but that just took me to a different page - I tried going back after registering, but I still have nowhere to click for free sample - I looked towards the bottom but nothing there to click
I should say that I registered for the email insiders - it wouldn't let me register for the site w/o a membership number - I tried to leave it blank, but it said it was required - I even tried putting in a zip code that I thought only has a WalMart, but apparently not. hmm - maybe it's just over
So, I get this at the bottom of the page

However, I already have it set to "all items" but it does say I have not selected a club - I select a club, but now I'm back at the homepage - I try to go back to the downy page, but using that url it doesn't see that I've selected a club - I tried to use the number in the url in the product search box but nothing came up
Okay - I got it to recognize my store by selecting the store in another tab and then refreshing the 'deal' tab - however, I still have the same error messages at the bottom and do not see anywhere to click for the free sample :-( I tried
