I read on another blog that the free toy offer was only for Sears Toy Shop locations and those are only in certain states. Do you know if this is true or if it applies to all Sears?

Bonnie, it does say Sears Toy Shop on the promotion page, so it sounds like that could be true. However, I thought all Sears stores have the special Toy Shop section during the holidays -- other than the Sears Hardware stores that is.

At the begining of the year, my Sears soldd ALL of thier toys for so so cheap!!! I got Apples to Apples for $3! 4 pack of Play Doh for .64 cents. All kinds of good stuff. My sons closet is full of it for bday parties we have to go to. Ever since, they only have a small section in the excerise dept with a few toys. I think it make be 2 half shelves and maybe 4 hanging racks.

I emailed Sears last week about this because I heard different things. According to them there are select stores with the Toy Shop... I would call ahead to see, my Sears is in one of the giant malls called 12 oaks we have literally every store you can think of and ours isn't taking part, the manager acted like i was crazy.

This deal is only at select Sears stores. Here is the link to the Sears site, click on select stores and it will pop up where they are doing it. In all there are only about 20 stores nationwide that are participating.

I have a coupon question and would appreciate some help from all of you experts.
I have a coupon from Cover Girl for a free product......I got this after complaining about their new lipstain to the company........I was very disappointed with the product but thought it was very generous to be given a coupon.
My question is will I be able to use the coupon on the sale at Walgreens for buy one get one 1/2 off......I also want to be able to use a $1.00 off coupon I have on the cheaper item. How should I give the cashier the coupons so they don't beep or give me a hard time?????

Kayla, the free coupon will be used towards the cheaper item, and the $1 off coupons will be used towards the expensive one. The computer will automatically do this. I would personally wait for a B1G1 sale at Rite Aid or someplace similar. This way you can get both for free.

Hi Everyone!

I work in the Toys Department at Sears, so I'd like to clarify a bit about this promotion.

The idea for this Halloween Event is to promote the 20 Toy Shops that just launched in August. Dizzy Mommy listed these correctly. And we sent the email to our customers near those shops with the locations listed.

If you are able to attend any of these stores, I'd love to get some feedback!

Happy Halloween!
