I had the same problem when I tried to print the Smuckers coupon from redplum as well. =(

Try using the internet explorer, I had the error when using firefox.

I was using a Mac and for some reason wouldn’t allow, but I was able to print from my regular PC. I was able to print the coupons =) Thank you for your response!

im having the same problem, it wont print! it gives the the error message with google chrome, but it just freezes up with IE. darn, hope i can print it later.

I got the coupon to print but it has no bar code, making it essentially non usable. Wrote to RP but don’t think I’ll get a response before the coupon expires. Oh well….

Mine printed without a bar code as well.

I just printed it, and they do not have a traditional bar code on them. Do you have the dot-scan bar code in the upper right corner?

I got the print service Script manager error with Safari and I can’t print coupons at all from Redplum with Firefox. It always prompts me to install the coupon printer which i have installed and uninstalled a hundred times.
