I voted, too! Lovin' the velveeta vibes!

Favorite velveeta recipe:
a box of uncooked stuffing pasta shells
pkg of stovetop stuffing (chicken flavor)
2-3 chicken breasts
2 cans of cream of chicken soup
chicken broth
milk
velvetta cheese

Boil the chicken breasts for about 45 minutes until done. Cool until you can handle them comfortably. Take the skin off and take the meat off the bone, cutting into bitesized pieces or just shred it with your fingers in a large bowl. cook the shells according to pkg directions and drain. Make the stovetop in the microwave. Add the cooked chicken to the stuffing mix and mix together with some chicken broth until it is moist, but not "wet." Stuff the shells with this mixture. Place the stuffed shells seam side up in a 9x13 pan sprayed with Pam. In a separate bowl, mix the soups, a canful of milk and a canful of chicken broth. Pour the mix over the shells. put a slice of velveeta over each shell. Bake at 350 for about 45 minutes, uncovered. This freezes great and is one of my family's favorite meals. Great for potlucks. Tastes like thanksgiving in a single bite. You can use leftover turkey for this, also. Enjoy!

I voted, and here's my recipe from Cajun Country! (super yummy!!!)

Cajun Crawfish (or Shrimp) Fettucini

3 sticks of butter (oh yeah!)
3 medium onions, diced
3 ribs of celery, chopped
2 bell peppers chopped
1/4 c. flour
4 T. chopped parsley
3 pounds of shrimp or crawfish, cooked peeled and rinsed - if shrimp, no heads or tails!
1 qt. half and half cream
1 pound Velveeta cubed
3 cloves of garlic crushed
Cajun or creole seasoning to taste (Tony Chachere's is our favorite!)
1 pound package of fettucini noodles
Parmesan cheese to taste

Melt butter in large saucepan. Add onions, celery, and bell pepper. Cook 10 minutes until clear. Add flour and blend well. Cover and cook 15 minutes stirring often to keep from sticking. Add parsleyand cook an additional 20 minutes, covered but stirring often. Add cream, Velveeta, seasoning, crawfish or shrimp and garlic. Mix well. Add additional seasoning to taste. Cook covered on low for 10 minutes stirring occasionally. Cook noodles according to directions. Drain and add sauce. Mix thoroughly. Pour into 3 quart buttered casserole dish. Sprinkle with parmesan. Bake at 350 for 12 minutes. Serves 12.
