It seemed that way for me too, but after having a difficult time with the website, I clicked out of the tab that was asking for credit card info to magazines I did not sign up for. After closing that tab, I was taken to the original tab saying when my subscription would arrive. So I was signed up after providing my address & such, this should hold true for you as well.

I don’t know how, but maybe you could try to call them or go to the website & log in. We had to do this for EW & I was able to access our account easily. Just needed the account number & basic info we used when creating the account.
