I definatly change my habits, I stop eating all the sweets and my boyfriend and I walk every night, rain or shine!!!!

I try to eat healthier. I also try to make lowfat desserts instead of full fat during the holidays.

I try changing my eating habits to help get rid of the inevitable few pounds I always seem to put on over the holidays. I try smaller portions as well as trying to eat more vegetables and less sugar.

I LOVE me some SUBWAY! But, Why do you have to charge me more for a Salad when I don't eat your bread? I think it should be cheaper if I don't want the bread. Atkins is the best way to lose the weight!
