Bottled Up Designs
Olive Hoop Necklace
Who knew that old, broken glass could be turned into such beautiful jewelry? I get tons of compliments on my Olive Green Hoop Necklace. People are shocked when I tell them it came from a vintage wine bottle.
Therein lies the true beauty of these pieces. Each one is utterly unique and has its own personal story behind it, which is included with each jewelry piece. The only problem is you’ll find it tough to choose just one item with such an array of styles and colors.
More About Bottled Up Designs
An avid glass and bottle collector, Laura Bergman spent countless hours poking through the many old glass and bottle dumps scattered throughout the natural wooded habitats and rural farmlands in Pennsylvania. However, seeing the beauty and the history in the broken glass left behind, decided to pick up the pieces and turn them into something beautiful again.

We recycle in many ways:
My husband turns coffee cans into “can lights” for his band’s light effects.
I also reuse ziploc freezer bags by washing them out.
We compost all our produce for a wonderful garden next year. Then I save tomoatoe and cucumber seeds from my crop to reuse next year.
Toilet paper rolls. egg cartons etc go to the children’s museum for crafts.

I like to reuse lidded containers from things like Cool Whip, butter spreads etc and use them to store crayons, markers, stickers, beads and more. It keeps my kids supplies more organized.

We recycle what our service will take. I do save many kitchen food things, peanut butter jars, whipped topping containers, other plastic containers with lids, for the kids to use. They use them for store, dolls, to fill up in the tub. Then they also have stuff to take outside that I don’t care if it comes back or not. Oh, I also use the Yoplus shape yogurt cups to put snacks in.
Thanks!

I recycle almost everything…paper, plastic, glass, plastic bags, ziploc bags and even reuse envelopes that come in my “junk mail”. I’ve been recycling things almost my whole life! I would love some of this recycled glass jewelry. So beautiful.

Baby food jars. My husband sorted all his nails, screws, etc. using baby food jars., and then he cleaned out our junk drawer, which now has baby food jars of paper clips, thumb tacks, picture hangers, etc. Growing up my mom punched holes in a lid, and we had a baby food jar of cinnamon and sugar for our toast.
