Sometimes practical gifts are the very best — you know, those items that you’ve had for years and have really started to take for granted. They get the job done, even if you have to do a little extra to get it done right.

My husband’s electric shaver was one of those items. I’d estimate it was going on at least 6 years old, and it still did a fairly decent job shaving his face daily, although he often had to go back over areas with a disposable razor, especially in the neck area.

    My husband is in desparate need of a new gas grill! He says he only need to replace the “inners” because everything else is fine. lol!

    My hubby is the only coffee drinker in our house. The filter part of his coffee maker is broken but he still continues to use it. It takes him a lot longer to make his coffee every day but he will not replace the machine!
