I was perusing through WalMart the other day looking for new ways to save, and stumbled upon a gem. My cell phone contract is ending, and I started to read about NET10 phones, offered there. They have some great phones available, and there is no monthly contract. My old contract gave me hidden fees all the time that made my blood boil. But with NET10 what you see is what you get. My husband and I are opting not to renew our contract, and switching to NET10 where $50 a month gets you unlimited talk, text, web, email, and 411. It’s a great way for us to cut back on our phone bill, while not having to sacrifice being available and connected all the time. What’s also great is how flexible they are. If any month I foresee using my phone less, I can switch to the $25 plan which gives you 750 minutes. The next month I can switch back to the $50 plan without penalty. Next time you are at WalMart searching for ways to save, consider NET10!
