Walgreens: W Brand Diapers $2 Each!

June 1, 2011 by Deal Seeking Mom 28 Comments

cheap diapers at walgreens

Look for the Infant Care Book and WBrand Savings Book at Walgreens to pick up cheap diapers this week!

Walgreens Brand Diapers, 2/$10
$2/1 Walgreens Coupon from Infant Care Book
$1/1 Walgreens Coupon from WBrand Savings Book
$2 ea. after stacked coupons!

You’ll just need one copy of each coupon because the Walgreens coupons are automatically deducted based on the number of products you have, so the first will deduct $4 and the second will deduct an additional $2.

Update: You may actually need two of the $1/1 coupons as they are technically manufacturer’s coupons. I’d recommend being prepared with two just in case.

Thanks, Passion for Savings & Mojo Savings!

How can you stack 2 walgreens coupons?

I believe 1 coupon is a Walgreens coupon and the other it a Manufactors coupon, so they both work.

You can’t stack 2 Wags coupons on the same item…just asking for trouble at the register. I must be missing something here… why would you post this deal when you can, obviously, not do it?

    Actually, Walgreens coupon policy states:

When purchasing a single item, Walgreens accepts one manufacturer coupon and applicable Walgreens coupon(s) for the purchase of a single item, unless prohibited by either coupon offer.

So there are instances where they will accept multiple Walgreens coupons on a single item. However, in this case, the WBrand coupon is technically a manufacturer’s coupon, so you should have no problem stacking them.

You may find that the $1 coupon does not automatically double though, so have an extra on hand in case this happens.

Annie, you should print the coupon policy and take it with you. If they still refuse, contact customer service because the store is not adhering to their stated policy.

The coupon from the Infant Care booklet also states that it’s a manufacturer’s coupon.

I think the bar code is 5940999276.
The W coupon says: Limit one item or offer per coupon.

Also, the coupon will not double! You will need multiple coupons.

My walgreens posted a notice in regards to the infant care coupon thatn they will only take $2 off per transaction total ( instead of per pack) and they will make you give them the coupon so it can’t be reused. We must have been getting too good of deals :(

My store always keeps the coupon. They said they have to redeem it to get the money back. They said they don’t know why some stores don’t take it from the person that’s how they get paid is what they told me.
My store had the booklet 1 time =(

The Walgreens coupon is good til the end of the year. At my store they have it posted by the register so the customer doesn’t even have to have the Walgreens coupon themselves. They did’nt get to many of those books in and from what I heard they can’t order any more. Ask the cashier if she has one. You should only need 1 book and you can keep re-using the same walgreens coupon.

Thankfully I have great Walgreens stores by me. The stores have several of the baby books on hand, although they do take the coupons when I use them to pay. They take all my coupons and have even offered to let me use extra coupons they have on hand for things (I recently got a killer deal on some makeup). They did not have the W Brand booklet when I asked about it.

You can stack both coupons, but I know that in my store we only got about 20 coupons for W brand so they are already gone (the are man. coupons) As far as for the instore coupon, all you really need is the four digit #. They shouldn’t be limiting it unless your store has a daily limit. (We have to limit it to 4 pack per person per day because we get to many, but they are able to use coupons on each)

Wish I knew about this deal earlier in the week. I’ve sworn off shopping at Walgreens becuase they always give me a hard time about my coupons and deals, but I went in yesterday to get my $3/pack diapers. Would have been better to get these for $2…but now it’s not worth going in to return them and get them cheaper.

    THANK YOU LADIES!
I went to 4 different walgreens before i spoke to someone who knew what i was talking about. The Infant care coupon book was at the photo center.
They took $2 off each pkg, I could not track down the extra $1 off, but I am ecstatic about getting diapers for .08 each. WOOHOO

I use this deal at my Walgreen’s all the time when they are on sale 2/10. Must be some stores are abiding by policy and some aren’t. Luckily – mine are!

Yes, you can stack the Walgreens Infant Care Coupon and the Walgreens (Manuf. coupon)!! Did the deal last night!! They took my $1.00 coupon and let me keep the $2 coupon from the Infant Care Booklet. Diapers for $2.00 – love it!
