I tried to do this with the playtex coupons last month I think, and they would not let me combine a manuf Q with one from the infant care booklet, said the one from the infant care was a manuf Q not a walgreen’s Q.

Cashiers that dont understand couponing make me mad lol….the infant care book is all walgreens coupons which means you can stack them with regular manuf coupons…as you know all manuf coupons are labelled that at the front top of the coupon..I would have asked to speak to a manager if it were me…but just know for future purchases you can stack them(:

How do I get these booklets – infant care, beauty, etc? I don’t see them in stores.

My infant brand were 5.99 regular price. I purchased 2 used 2 man coupons for $2 off each and an infant care coupon. The 50% off deduction was only $2! The manager explained to me that it was taking 50% off after the $2 wag coupon.

At my Walgreens, the Advil was only 20% off so $4.39 each after the 20% was taken off (but you HAVE to watch the register-it only took 10% off when the ad clearly stated 20% so the cashier had to adjust it). My transaction did work as listed above. So I paid $.39 each!! Awesome deal.

If you have need for INFANT Advil, Tylenol, etc. I suggest getting it now. My ped. told me they will be pulling all the infant in the next 3 months. I have noticed a lot of clearance on the Infant concentrations in the past 2 weeks or so at various stores.

Watch the receipt, my 6.99 children’s only rang up at -$2.50 (i didn’t catch it till I got home).
If you do not have the booklet, ask ath the cosmetics counter, mine had a photocopy to use. Or try asking them to key in 5520 (code on the WQ)

I had the same issue with the children’s Advil of the 1/2 price one only taking off $2.50. It should have been $3.50 that was half of the $6.99. I went back and the manager explained that the register figured $6.99 + $3.50 – $4 (wg q) – $4 (mfr q) – $3.50 (1/2 off) = -$1. Since the end would be -$1 the register took of $2.50 instead of $3.50. Now do the math as an normal and sane person would and you do $6.99 X 2 – $3.50 – $8 (all q’s) = $2.48. And the receipt reflected a total that agreed with that math not the zero total that should have occured with the register’s “math”. Completely ridiculous! I went around with the manager for several minutes and he finally agreed to give me my $1 back. I’m contemplating calling corporate about it, but I highly doubt anyone on the phone will be intelligent enough to appreciate the craziness!
