I ordered the book Feb 8 and I emailed Murad my confirmation, got an email back saying they got the confirmation. Just today, though, (3-1-11) I got an email from them and they said they can not locate my Barnes & Noble order and asked me to re-send it. So I did and I got an auto. message stating “this promotion ended 2-19-11. I chatted on their live chat today, the person said they would email me a confirmation for my free products, and they did not. I talked to my sister who lives in South Carolina tonight (I’m in Michigan) and she told me the exact same thing happened to her (besides the live chat part) so we’re concerned that Murad might be trying to get out of sending the products. Has anyone else had this experience? Thank you.
