I found them at the Reynoldsburg Target on 256. I only bought one, and they had several left!

The Lego gift cards in the card section are always gone. However if you look throughout the store while you’re shopping, they are in random aisles. I went to 2 dif TX target stores and found a total of 3 in the toy dept. =)
