I am unable to find the target printable. would it be regional?

That coupon has been gone for a while.

Target has a change in policy. Target no longer excepts coupons for anything trial size, even if there is no size restriction.
Beth @ In Good Cents
Tara, I’ve been hearing some rumors about this, but I checked into it and it’s not an official policy. It’s simply something a few local store have attempted to implement. You can read the official Target coupon policy online.
The important lines in reference to this situation would be these:
• Item purchased must match the coupon description (brand, size, quantity, color, flavor, etc.).
• Coupon amount may be reduced if it exceeds the value of the item after other discounts or coupons are applied.
• We can’t give cash back if the face value of a coupon is greater than the purchase value of the item.
As of now, there is nothing in their coupon policy that excludes the use of coupons on trial size products as long as they are within the restrictions and description of the coupon.
Some have had luck carrying the coupon policy with them and showing managers or cashiers who are a bit confused or calling the headquarters to encourage them to straighten it out.
Hope that helps!
