I wish Target would allow their mobile coupons to be used w/ phones that don’t have internet access – other businesses do it for those who only have text service (like Meijers) and it doesn’t seem to be a problem.

Ever since I got my new phone I do not receive Target mobile coupons. I have signed up online and even texted offers but still no coupons. Makes me mad because I have used them a lot in the past.
