On the Target web site, it states “Get deals sent to you twice a month and redeem them at the register right from your screen. No scissors required.”
I just signed up and the Welcome text message informed me there would be “up to 5 msgs/mo.”
Also, I signed up for 8am delivery (Pacific time), but just received my first message NOW (it is 5:49 Pacific time).
Just wanted to share, in case this is important for anyone. I tried to contact Target thru their web site, but the email wouldn’t go thru when I clicked the Submit button. (I also had trouble with their site a couple weeks ago when trying to submit a job application!)

Tana, your welcome message is sent right away, but after that all my messages have come at 8:00 AM, which is what I selected too. Also, they send coupons twice a month, but they also send a reminder that your coupons are about to expires. That’s why they put the “up to 5”, I believe. So, they really might send you 5 messages, but only 2 sets of coupons typically.
