Totally worth it, and I actually recommend getting this larger size. Unless you’re only ever going to cook for two, you really can’t go wrong with the bigger model. While most recipes are written with the 6-qt. in mind, they still work with the 8-qt. — it just takes a little longer to come to pressure.
