We got a new Kotex coupon last weekend in the 9/14 Smart Source Inserts that makes the liners very cheap at Walmart this week!

Walmart carries the 16 ct. Liners for $0.94 and with the $0.50 coupon they are only $0.44! You may have received a $1/2 Coupon and that will vary by region, but either way, you will pay $0.44 per pack.
