Shop It To Me: FREE $10 GC For Referring 10 Friends

December 8, 2010 by Tara Kuczykowski 7 Comments

Here’s a great way to earn a gift card or two. Just become a member of Shop It To Me, a site that will send you deals on the brands that you specify directly to your inbox. Refer 10 friends to sign up for Shop It To Me and you’ll earn a $10 gift card to the retailer of your choice. The list of available retailers is quite long and varied too!

Note that you won’t see anything about this offer when you register. However, when you click on the confirmation that arrives via email, you will be prompted to setup your account and receive information about the program.

Thanks, Money Saving Mom!

I signed up a year ago, and have had many people sign up under me. Unfortunately my account was disqualified for over recruiting! What a joke! I was able to get a few gift cards while it lasted though. Good Luck to the rest of you!

Do 10 people actually have to sign up for you to get the $10, or do you just have to refer them?

They have to actually sign up – and you get it for EVERY 10 people (so 20 people will earn you 2 – $10 GCs, etc)

So my question is who’s referral link is that in the post? DSM or MSM?

That’s my referral link, but I signed up under Crystal. Of course you can always go straight to the site if you’re not comfortable signing up under me. :)

Hey there — nice to meet you!

I'm Tara: mom of 5 teens/tweens and one 80-lb. Weimaraner, who fancies herself a lap dog. Born and raised in Ohio (GO BUCKS!!!), my fave things include cooking + baking, my JEEP Rubicon, the 4x4 beaches at OBX, and checking out the local craft beer scene...

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
