Their #BeautyStory involves four generations of women with a tradition of passing down one simple beauty secret: the Dove Beauty Bar.
My favorite moment was when one daughter said, “My mom was the one who started this all off, and she passed it along to me and my sister. Then we passed it along to our daughters. So I guess it’s kind of like a family secret.” Is that a sweet tradition or what?
I’ve always tried to emphasize the importance of good skincare with my girls. They’re still pretty young, so I’ll let them slide if they don’t wash their face every morning and evening, but I do keep a bar of Dove soap in the shower for them to wash away the grime as necessary — especially important for my older daughter who has an affinity for wearing eye black during her soccer games.
