Went under Lowes in on-line store in Ohio and they don’t have the item listed at the above price. So I called the store and was given same information.
I believe they have it confused with the the toilet cleaning gel.

Went to Lowes in Phoenix and bought 24 kits for less than $1 each. Used the in-box $3 coupon off for some and a few printable $4 off coupons that I was saving for a rainy day.
Toilet cleaning, with spare parts, done for the next year.
On a side note be ready for a debate. It seems most Lowes cashiers don’t seem to know the store accepts coupons.
