I cant find this offer on the RecycleBank site. Is it supposed to be under the Earn tab, or is it supposed to be along the right side? I’ve looked all over the site.

Yup, finally found it at the bottom of the Earn section, I wasnt looking for Q-tips. Then I stared at the video for a long time before realizing you need to slide the 3 paper products into the compost bin to finish and earn the points. RB videos are never very self explanatory :(
