The ad says to go to pandaexpress.com to check your local store’s extended summer hours, so some must be. ;)

I believe the promo is “Panda’s Up Late” so my guess is they will be open later hours. Unless you are already out and about at that hour, this is hardly worth the trip for a “single serving.” It’s very, very small. It is not to be compared to a regular bowl meal there. I went there previously for a lunch special just like this. Boy, we were hugely disappointed! Have a good day!
