Do the Pampers points expire at years end? I had 550, but now it says today that I only have 150???

No, not as far as I know. They should carry over.

Check your points history and see if/when any were redeemed (and collected).

I have never redeemed any, just started it about two months or so ago for my daughter. Maybe the points amount was just wrong yesterday, I don’t know, but it said I had 550. I thought I had entered more than what it says also in the history, but who knows? I can’t remember what all I have entered. Thanks for your help.

I would send them an email. I have in the past and they were pretty good at resolving the issue. I am sure they will help.
