Olay Spa Gift Set: FREE After Rebate!

October 10, 2011 by Deal Seeking Mom 20 Comments

Olay Venus Gift Set
You can get an Olay Spa Gift Set Caddy with a 1 year subscription to Allure Magazine for $10 + $3.75 shipping and tax!

If you do not want the Allure magazine subscription, you can get a $9.99 rebate, making it practically FREE!  You can get the rebate submission form online, or it will come in your gift pack.

There are two different sets to choose from. Both include an Olay body wash, Venus razor, and bath puff. One includes Satin Care shave gel and the other includes Secret body spray. Both come in a reusable shower caddy.

These would make great gifts!

Thanks, Southern Savers!

I got one last time with free shipping, but there was no rebate, just the magazine subscription. So I returned to Walmart….if it wasn’t free it definitely wasn’t for me.

If your kit looked like the one Tara has pictured and it had the mag offer card inside, then you had the rebate too. I remember I kind of had to search for how to submit the rebate (in the fine print somewhere).

Pretty sure I remember that there only one rebate check per household. But you might be able to still get the mag subscription. Good for a few coupons inside from time to time.

But don’t you only get one original receipt and have to submit it with each rebate?

SInce you are ordering this online, you can print a second receipt. Just print the order confirmation page that should come to your email. I did this on a P&G rebate offer last year (bought items on Alice.com) and it worked fine. HTH!

I did this last year. It was great! Does anyone know if I can do it again this year?

The fine print for the online form doesn’t specify one per household and it says you can send a copy of the receipt (rather than the original). So maybe you can submit for multiple rebates?

Claudia, you should contact Walmart then because they advertise the magazine offer with it. Did it have the little bonus Allure graphic on the front like the one pictured above?

Yes Tara. It does have the Allure graphic advertising the free one year subscription. Past experience trying to contact wal-mart always resulted in NO contact from them. Thanks for the idea, but I’m either going to take it back to a store or see if my daughter would want it.

Mine was in the bottom of the tub (underneath the cardboard packaging). I was able to shimmy things around and slide it out so I didn’t disturb the packaging… I’m planning on giving it to my niece, so she won’t care that there’s no offer in it!

very disappointing!! No rebate form with my delivery. Cannot find online rebate form. Spent $26.00 for 2 sets assuming I would get rebates. Not the way it works, No graphic Allure card, nothing. Old saying “nothing is free” is very true.

found the “small” print for info on the rebate. Very simple, send valid receipt and redemption card within thirty days, “fill out form below”. No redemption card no form below. Very misleading and deceptive.

When I just did it the shipping was free for some reason and the gift set with the secret was only $9, even with tax, that’s a little bit of a money maker. :)
