hi I went to target today and I looked at the nivea deal. I read the sign but it didnt say anything about spending $5 on nivea to get a $5 gift card. Who told you about spending at least $5 to get a free gift card? Just wondering. Thanks :)

At Target their policy is that you must spend the amount of the GC (before coupons) for those type of deals

I was at Target yesterday and mine would only honor if you bought what was listed in the ad (lotions). The creme tins & lips balms were not eligible.
