Not true. I don’t have a landline and I am a member of NCP. I have internet & modem and an iphone. At first, I scanned and transmitted through the computer. Recently we switched to the NCP app on our iphones. It definitely takes quite a bit of time (for sure, in the beginning) but it’s worth it!
