When I print the Target coupon, it says limit 1 coupon or offer per guest (not 1 coupon per purchase like the nature made coupon), so how can it be used twice if I bought 2 bottles?

You need to print and use 2 of the Target coupons (most stores will allow you to use up to 4 like Target coupons in one transaction) and use 2 of the $2 manufacturer coupons or 1 of the $4 ones. $11.98-$8 coupons=$3.98 paid at register-$5 gift card=$1.02 money maker!
