You save .50 per item instantly if you buy 10 items that qualify for the sale. I was just at Meijer early this morning and bought 4 ICBINB, 5 Lever soaps, and 1 Lipton soup mix. I saved .50 per item ($5) plus I was able to use coupons I had to save more. Hope this makes sense. If not go to Meijers website.
