Has anyone had experience with Lock & Lock before? I purchased a similar deal a few months ago & recently used my voucher…& didn’t have very good luck. Before ordering, I had a product question & sent 2 emails (never heard a response) & tried to call multiple times (my calls never went to a customer service…even after holding for several minutes). I ultimately just decided to order & after a few weeks of not hearing anything on my order, received an email that about half of my items were no longer available. I responded to their e-mail with a list of replacement items & asked for confirmation that these (new) items were available. I again never heard back & after another few weeks, e-mailed the company. I did hear back fairly quickly that time & was told my order, with replacement pieces, was due to be delivered that day (their website still reflected my original order & said it was in process). Ultimately, I’m happy with the product & as I’m interested in replacing all my plastic ware with BPA free products (which these are), I’d like to order more. Just wondering if my experience was typical or unusual before I decide to shop with this company again.

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
