LEGO has released a really fun LEGO Star Wars Advent Calendar (7958), priced at $39.99, plus FREE Super Saver shipping.
This advent calendar would be a really fun way for the LEGO lover to count down to Christmas, a birthday, or just give it as a gift outright. The set include 24 unique gifts, including 8 mini-figures such as Yoda in Santa Claus outfit.
Thanks, “Cents”Able Momma!

What do Star Wars and the advent of Christmas have (anything!) to do with each other????? Much as I love Legos,it makes me what to never purchase them again!!!

Actually nothing, well that I know of. i just assume it’s a marketing ploy to sell Legos. When my son was little, he loved Legos Still, at $40, we’d never have bought that!! However, I remember buying an Advent calendar from Miles Kimball & there were mini (nice; not plastic) ornaments inside. It bring back fond memories.

My cousin purchased a Legos advent calendar for her children two years ago. It was a HUGE hit with her three kiddos. Every day they would rush to build that day’s character or vehicle. While Star Wars (and whatever theme my cousin’s 2009 Legos advent calendar is) may not truly have anything to do with the advent of Christmas, her kids patiently, quietly, and excitedly worked together everyday to build. And they very much know and understand the true meaning of Christmas. I just thought I’d offer that differing opinion. :)

Just so you know, they also have them @ Toys R Us for 39.99 + free shipping to the store.
Or, they have the City Legos, Christmas themed without war ;) for $34.99 plus you get another set 50% off, and free shipping over $75.
And if you use Upromise you can get 2% back to your Upromise account.
I had no idea there were Lego Advent Calendars…thanks for posting & I can’t wait to see what they look like!!

We just bought it at Toys R Us earlier this week and paid $10 more :( But we got a free R2D2 thumb drive-
We had the LEGO advent calendar last year- and there were some pieces that were Christmas-y. But there were quite a few random ones that were quite random- one of them being what looked like a naked santa- but the day before’s was a shower- so I guess it made sense! I think there’s going to be a Santa Yoda- I think that’ll be cute for my Star Wars lovers in my house!
