When will your purchase post on your account at ShopAtHome? I’m not seeing my Land’s End purchase on the page or my $5 new member bonus. Does it usually take a few days or right away?

It can take as long as 30 days for the purchase to show up since ShopAtHome has to wait for Lands’ End to report the purchase to them. I think the $5 bonus should show up then as well, but if it doesn’t, just let me know and I can help you get it resolved with ShopAtHome.

hmmm. i tried this last night AND just now…..the medium bag still shows up for $20.50. i wonder why the sale price is not coming up????

Make sure you choose size “medium” for the bag after you click on the tote bag. The same thing happened to me, but then I noticed that the size was set to “small.”

ugh – this deal will just NOT work for me. the small comes up $17.50 and the medium $20.50. i’ve tried every tote on there – lol. even tried the lands end customer service number – that’s been busy for the past hour or so……guess this was not meant to be.
