Patty, it depends on your location. I know they stopped doubling in the Houston area and possibly elsewhere.

I believe the 15 ct is a box. As far as I can see, the coupons are good on any size whether it is a box or bag.

Ok thank you…I have a few of these but they all said packages so I haven’t used them yet. I have never shopped at Krogers, it’s 30 minutes away but thinking about going tomorrow. My local walmart doesn’t carry the boxes, only the bags.
