I wondering if the Kroger coupon policy is right that they double manufacturer coupons. I thought they recently quit doubling and tripling. I know they did in the Houston area.

Kroger still doubles manufacturers coupons in the majority of the country. Yes, there are select areas that they have stopped doubling coupons but most areas still do. Check with your store regarding their coupon policy!
