I did the General Mills deal at my store in Southern Illinois yesterday and did 8 boxes of cereal in one transaction. It just took off $4 twice at the end of my receipt like it does for the Mega Event.
My cashier told me there was no limit per transaction however you may want to ask at your store before you proceed. :)
