Too bad Giant Eagle doesn’t accept free coupons from the internet any more :(

The commissary does not accept ‘free’ coupons either, but they accept this one. It’s more of a B2G1 free. I would give it a try.

I used my coupon at a Giant Eagle today, look around the cookie displays i noticed signs reminding people to get their coupon from facebook. I mentioned those signs when the cashier questioned my use of the coupon. They were happy to take it!

Ughh! This is a no go for me! They want you to buy milk… and then buy ‘another’ milk’. If you’re frugal, you’re not going to buy a small milk because it’s not cost-effective, AND I’m not going to buy two gallons of milk, because they will expire before it is all consumed! NO GO FOR ME.

    Sorry, Char, that’s more of a B3G1!! :-(

I don’t feel this is a very good deal either, but then again I’m pretty new to this. Can you pair this up with any other deals?

Since it requires Milk it might work to pair it with the Kelloggs deal at Kroger.

      Deal scenario

      Buy 4 cereals use 2 $1/2 =$4 for 4 cereals and 2 milks
Buy One Package of Nabisco cookies and get second free(Milk requirement fulfilled by Kelloggs deal). I don’t think they are on sale so price here is like $3.99.

So you’d get 4 cereals, 2 milk and 2 oreos for something like $7.99. Alot of the Kelloggs cereals even have codes for free concession cash where 3 boxes gets you $5 worth of movie snack money. Perfect for a treat for Regal free movies on Tuesdays and Wednesday.

Ugh my math is wrong. It would actually be $11.99. Cereals are 2/$5. 10-2 =$8 for 4 cereals, 2 milk

+ cookies = $3.99 get second cookies free.

        11.99 total.

I hate when I goof up math. :)

I wonder why they changed the coupon. The first two times it was offered it was only buy any package of Nabisco cookies, a gallon of milk, and get a Nabisco package of cookies for free.

I used mine at Bi-Lo tonight and used 2 of my free Southern Homes milk coupons along with a $.75 Nabisco cookie q from the Kraft Foodlion book from a while back, it expires at the end of the year. I also used a $10 off $50 total purchase q as well as several qs that expired 5/31/10. I spoke to the CS person and the top manager there ahead of time and they said that would be fine since they hadn’t turned in their coupons yet. I LOVE my Bi-Lo!!!!! After that and quite a few other purchases it started at $58.xx and ended at $14.50. I used a $10 Wags RR then and only had to pay $4.50 oop PLUS the receipt qualifies for a $10 Heineken mail in rebate so it will be a MM! I LOVE this coupon and am glad I printed two. I always need to buy milk anyway plus I buy two at a time so it makes sense to use this coupon regardless. I just need to pick up some Starbuck’s coffee ice-cream tomorrow so I can make my favorite dessert, crushed oreos and coffee ice-cream, lol. It’s a really difficult recipe too, lol. :D

Ooops, sorry, forgot to mention that the $10/$50 q as well as two free Southern Home fresh chicken qs came from the 2010 Citipass Book. I bought 18 of them when they were on the scratch and dent sale. Each book was $10 and each book is worth over $55 in Bi-Lo qs alone! :D
