Buyers beware!
I signed up for Julep a while back and didn’t like any of the colors they sent so I tried to cancel after the 2nd box. They make it almost IMPOSSIBLE to CANCEL. If you call their cancellation number, its always busy and there’s no way to leave a message. If you email to cancel, you will not receive a cancellation confirmation email. AND they will continue to charge your CC.
After a month of continued calls, emails and posting on their Facebook page, they finally cancelled my account and refunded me all the charges to my CC.
If you go online, you’ll see all the same complaints from people trying to cancel.
Don’t do it – it’s just not worth all the hassle and fees.
