I would really like this coupon, but my e-mail address all bunched up and I had to put in a moble phone #. I myself have a landline only, because I think cell phones are very expensive and I can hardly pay the mortgage (in the modification process now) and my other bills

When the email bunched up, I had to use a little box next to it and type my email again, see if that helps? Good luck!

I didn’t have to put in a #, but was all goofed up about the email at first. Once I typed in my email in the 2nd box it went back to looking normal and not all bunched up. Hope it works.

I just went on and was able to complete the form. It gave me a page saying that my coupon would be arriving in 8 weeks.
