Why not provide Garden Club Members with a member’s card, like Jewel and Domonick’s do, rather then having the customer print coupons. It would certainly make it more customer friendly and encourage us to take advantage of all the great deals.

I received a 3 for 2 mum email, being a Home Depot garden club member. When I went in to the Capitola store they didn’t know anything about the promotion and in fact came across a somewhat rude. I didn’t have the printed coupon with me which is another reason why you should have issued cards.

As you can imagine, all of this puts a good dent in my monthly budget. So I've learned how to save on the things I NEED, so I can spend on the things I WANT.
