If you followed me during the Back to School season last fall, you know that we can pick up scores of ink pens and spend next to nothing out of pocket. But they just don’t compare to the feel of writing with a really nice pen like those produced by Faber-Castell. Writing with a high-end pen is a totally different sensory experience because they just seem to fit your hand better with the slight bit of added weight, and the ink flows smoothly every time. I’m totally inspired to write more handwritten notes now!

Of course I don’t discount the fact that refillable pens are better for the environment as well. There’s less packaging and waste overall, and a fine writing implement can last indefinitely.

    My husband is specific about his pens, and I’m positive he’d love one of these. He could tell you what his favorite features are about pens…me?…as long as it writes that constitutes a good pen to me.

    To be honest, I usually just use whatever is in my office. I’ve never had a “fancy” pen before!

    I like any pen really, as long as it doesn’t leak! I’ve had experiences before with leaky pens, NOT fun!
