Grateful Giveaways #12: Zero Water Prize Package

May 23, 2011 by Tara Kuczykowski

Necessity is the mother of invention, ZeroWater technology was developed to solve a mother’s fatigue from dragging gallons of bottled water jugs home from the grocery store. With the only in-home filtered water system that meets the FDA’s definition of purified bottled water, ZeroWater’s patented five-stage ion-exchange filter consistently delivers the only filtered water to measure 000 parts per million of total dissolved solids.

What does this mean to the average household? Great tasting water that is good for you, with ZeroWater’s patented technology you can have water free of heavy metals (arsenic, chromium-6, benzene, lead, aluminum, chlorine, chromine, copper, perchlorate, mercury) that have dissolved into your drinking water.

Prior to receiving the ZeroWater kit, I assumed that we were doing pretty good with the filtered water from our refrigerator. Boy was I in for a surprise when I tested the water with the ZeroWater tester… My so-called filtered water actually had a higher ppm reading than the water straight from my tap! Nevertheless, ZeroWater was able to achieve a 000 ppm reading as promised, and I can actually detect the difference in taste. Of course, now I’m hesitant to use the ice cubes from our ice maker.

Our last prize pack is from the folks at ZeroWater® and is valued at $120.

Each prize pack contains:

  • ZeroWater® 23-Cup Filter Dispenser
  • 8-pack filter refill pack

Entry is simple! You just need to answer the question below by leaving a comment on this site! You can even gain up to 3 bonus entries for doing each additional item listed (just make sure that you leave one entry for each one — up to a total of 4 comments). I drink about a gallon of water a day, more in the summer if I’m outside any length of time (it gets darn hot in Texas in the summer). So it’s really important for me to have pure, clean, fresh drinking water.
Thanks for the chance to win!

Having pure, clean water available to me helps keep me healthy and allows me to refresh my body after I have depleted it in the many ways we all have to use it daily in order to work, to live and to love. It’s a blessing!

Having pure clean water means alot of stress and worry off my shoulders. I am a soon to be mommy in June 2011 and I am moving into a new apartment. It was cheapest we could find with all the gas drilling that is happeing in Pa. The water is really not drinkable so I will be having to buy water from store for us not only to drink but also for our new bundle coming into this world. Having this system would not only save us money but also help us not to have the stress over the water situation.

Clean water is important, and vital to our bodies to help rid of toxins. More importantly, I feel, is that my boyfriend and I stop creating so much waste with water bottles. We each drink a whole case of water a week! With this filtration system we could eliminate all that waste!
