Happiness is … starting off today’s awesome giveaways with Snoopy and the Gang!! This one will be sure to put a smile on the face any Snoopy or Peanuts fan … or anyone who has fond memories of the saying, “Good Grief Charlie Brown”!

The Peanuts comic strip by Charles Schulz that began in 1950 and lasted for 50 years, went way beyond the newspaper. Snoopy has become one of the most beloved comic strip characters, along with Charlie Brown and the whole gang of Peanuts characters. Holiday TV Specials such as A Charlie Brown Christmas and It’s the Great Pumpkin, Charlie Brown have become timeless classics, and must-see shows during holiday time, and they continue to delight each year.

Also- be sure to check out Peanuts.com … a wonderful collection of everything from Vintage Snoopy to current Peanuts Gang happenings. This comic strip that has warmed the hearts of so many children and grown ups alike, continues to do so today.

What more can you say about The Peanuts? I grew up watching the Charlie Brown holiday specials every year growing up, and it’s a tradition that I now get to share with my own kids. I love that they look forward to them as much as I do!

We watched the new Happiness is a Warm Blanket, Charlie Brown DVD last night as a family, and it was absolutely adorable. And the coffee table book is absolutely amazing. There are so many little surprised tucked in it — my kids have spent hours paging through it.

    Everyone tells me my 16 month old son looks just like Charlie Brown which has opened a floodgate of memories for my husband and I.

    I received a large Snoopy doll from my Autn when I was 3 years old. It now sleeps with my 4 year old son. That doll is 30+ years old.

    When my Aunt purchased it, she wsa very frustrated looking for clothes for it. She explained to my mom that all the clothes had a hole in them and she didnt want to buy holey clothes.

    She was embarrassed when my mom pointed out that the hole was for the Snoopy dolls tail!

    I love my Snoopy doll. I can send you a picture of his worn out self if you like.

    i remember my violin teacher playing peanuts on the piano all the time in 5th grade! it was awesome.

    My favorite quote/memory from peanuts is from Charlie Brown Christmas…when Linus quoted the Christmas story.. ” I bring unto you good tidings of great joy, which shall be to all people. For unto you is born this day in the City of David a Savior, which is Christ the Lord. ” BEAUTIFUL!

    I follow on FB and via daily emails but my favorite Snoopy memory was watching the Charlie Brown Christmas tree growing up and then sharing it with my kids….We get a CB tree every year just for the girls :)

    I had no idea that the dancing girls in A Charlie Brown Christmas were named “Three” and “Four” and the meaning behind their names is even more endearing.

    I love snoopy he always save the skit!
    I was shocked to learn that peanuts 1970 is now on DVD, I guess I will have to buy it now for the kids. Snoopy will live on forever!
