Tara. I never thought about checking the coupon policy of stores. I know you have mentioned this many times before. I just never had a problem until I went to G.E. with a “free” coupon. She after a lecture gave me the value of the freebie, but said not again. I will check from now on instead of making a trip and being rejected. Libby is scarce. I think only in 2 stores here in Cols OH.
