Tara, I filled out the survey for the Cascade Sample and the next page said it went through. Then I got an email saying they additionally wanted me to complete two offers. And when I tried to reply to the email to see if I was going to get my sample, it came back as undeliverable. I think that is a spam/fake one. We’ll see if I ever get it. Thanks for your site :-)
