Had one in the Lansing State Journal in MI but good luck finding a “participating” McDonalds. We were unable to use it at our local one.

I found them in the Sunday newspaper at McDonald’s but the cashier ripped it up and told me I had to pay $2 for it. Which I don’t understand because they throw those papers away at the end of the day anyway.
