I have never done a rebate at Staples. Can someone tell me how an easy rebate works? How long does it really take to get your money back?

You receive a check in the mail.

Brigitte, it’s “easy” because you can do the rebate online and they send a confirmation e-mail right away that they received it. From then it takes a minimum of 4 weeks (during peak times it has taken almost 8 weeks for me) to get the rebate check mailed to you. There is also an option now to get it deposited to your PayPal account if you wish (I have not tried this yet, so I don’t know if this goes any faster). I have never had a problem.
